I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card is issued by the CENTER OF PLASTIC SURGERY, AESTHETICS AND DERMATOLOGY - HEBE MEDICAL.
2. The terms and conditions below apply to any holder of a HEBE MEDICAL gift card.
3. In case of modification of these terms and conditions, the Client is considered informed from the date of their publication at the web address www.hebemedical.ro
4. By purchasing or using the HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including all provisions to which they are supplemented.

B. CARD CHARACTERISTICS

5. The HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card is not nominal, it is transferable, it can be used by the buyer or transmitted to another person freely.
6. The HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card is not a bank card and is not attached to a bank account. Also, this is not a guarantee or credit card. The amounts of money existing on the Card will not generate interest.
7. Customers may not return the Card and may not request a refund of any amount of money in the Card's balance.
8. The amount available on the Card cannot be exchanged for other payment methods and cannot be transferred to other cards.
9. The value of the card can be capitalized only by scheduling at one of the Hebe Medical services, according to the rates published on the website www.hebemedical.ro.
10. The value of the card is used in one or more appointments, depending on the value of the chosen services, provided that the value of the card is consumed within 6 months, after this period the card ceases to be valid and the amount is not refunded.
11. The card is carded like a bank card, bears Hebe Medical insignia and is embossed with a serial number and identification number.

II. DEFINITIONS

In this document, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
Gift Card - HEBE MEDICAL, means any gift card sold through Hebe Medical.
Card Code means the code written on each HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card;
Customer means any natural or legal person who has purchased, received, holds or uses the HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card;
Point of Sale means the HEBE MEDICAL plastic, aesthetic and dermatology center.

III. PURCHASE, VALUE AND VALIDITY OF THE CARD
A. CARD PURCHASE

12. The HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card can be purchased by the following methods:
• Physically by cash or bank card payment directly at Hebe Medical.
• Online with delivery by courier, respectively an email is sent by accessing the contact button within www.hebemedical.ro, with the following information (billing data and delivery address), you will receive the invoice by email and after payment the proof of payment is sent, following that in 2-3 days the card will be sent by express courier to the indicated delivery address.
13.HEBE MEDICAL reserves the right to refuse the issuance or sale of a Card, without any justification, the Client not having the right to request compensation in this situation.

B. CARD VALUE

14. The issued cards have the value between 500 RON (minimum value) and 1,500 RON (maximum value), on request gift cards with higher values ​​can be issued, depending on the request.
15. The balance available on the Card represents the difference between the balance prior to the time a purchase is made and the value of that purchase.
16. The balance of the card can be checked only at the reception within Hebe Medical, the card does not have a value loaded on the card, the balance record is highlighted only in the software used within Hebe Medical.

C. LOSS OF CARD

17. If the card is lost, it is announced at the point of sale that the card is blocked, subsequently the value left unused can be consumed by or with the consent of the person who declared the card lost.

D. VALIDITY OF THE CARD

18. The HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card is activated from the date of its purchase and is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
19. The card can be used whenever desired to pay for the services purchased from the HEBE MEDICAL plastic, aesthetic and dermatology surgery center, until the expiration of the validity period or until the balance is exhausted.
20. From the expiration date, the card will not be able to be used, and the client will not be able to benefit from services within the HEBE MEDICAL plastic, aesthetic and dermatology center with the respective card.
21. Upon expiration of the card's validity period, the unused balance will not be refunded to the Customer.

IV. CARD USE

22. The card can be used by the customer, by presenting the card at the reception and confirming the balance by an employee, subsequently on the basis of the card can pay any service provided within Hebe Medical.
23. If the value of the services received by the client exceeds the balance available on the card, the difference can be paid by the client in cash or by any payment method accepted by the clinic.
24. Falsification of the card is punishable by law.

V. RESPONSIBILITY

25. The customer is solely responsible for keeping the card safe, using the card, as well as entrusting it to third parties.
26. The customer must ensure that he does not allow anyone to use the card without his consent
27. HEBE MEDICAL is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use of the card.

VI. CUSTOMER SERVICE

28. HEBE MEDICAL can be contacted in connection with the use of the card during the operating hours and at the contact details displayed on the website www.hebemedical.ro.

ARE YOU COMING. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

29. HEBE MEDICAL does not collect personal data of the Client in the process of purchasing the HEBE MEDICAL Gift Card.
